This is a pretty red chiffon tiered vintage dress designed by Victor Costa in the 1970's. This asymmetrical dress has one shoulder styling and the skirt is sheer. The body of the dress is one piece of fabric that wraps around so the waist and hip measurements are free and the dress slips overhead with no closures. Please use measurements as a guide, but we estimate this dress to fit a size 8. Labeled size 10. You could dress up this dress for the night or even wear it in the day!

This poly chiffon dress is in excellent condition with the exception of one very tiny hole as shown in photos.
